	January 2003 Winstanley Enterprises signs a 5-year, 28,700 SF lease with Acton Research at 15 Discovery Way in Acton, MA. The lease establishes full occupancy for this building. Acton Research has a 40-year history of innovative design and manufacture of state-of-the-art monochromators, spectographs, detection systems, and spectoscopy accessories for industry and research.
	December 2002 Winstanley Enterprises sells 192,000 SF, 26 Barnes Road in Wallingford, CT.

	November 2002 Winstanley Enterprises sells 22,000 SF, 10 Risho Avenue, East Providence, RI.

	October 2002 Winstanley Enterprises completes a third expansion with Student Learning Center at 29-33 Village Lane in Wallingford, CT. The 5-year, 9,100 SF lease now brings Student Learning Center's occupancy to 21,000 SF.
	October 2002 Winstanley Enterprises signs a 7-year, 25,000 SF lease with Sopherion Therapeutics, Inc. at 300 George Street in New Haven, CT. Sopherion Therapeutics, Inc. is an early stage biopharmaceutical company which leverages its proprietary drug discovery technology platform, the Minicell Display System, to research and develop innovative, targeted pharmaceutical products.
	October 2002 Winstanley Enterprises signs a 4100 SF lease with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida at 321 Research Parkway, Meriden, CT. The lease brings Blue Cross Blue Shield's occupancy to 34,300 SF in the building.
	September 2002 Winstanley Enterprises signs a 20,517 SF lease with Source Medical Solutions at 866 North Main Street, and an 11,645 SF lease with Connecticut Hospital Workers Compensation Trust, establishing full occupancy for this 33,000 SF building in Wallingford, CT.
	September 2002 Winstanley Enterprises signs a 10-year, 45,500 SF lease with CHEP USA at 33 Stiles Lane, North Haven, CT. The lease brings the 176,000 SF building to full occupancy. CHEP is the global leader in pallet and container pooling services, serving customers in a wide range of retail and industrial supply chains, including consumer goods, fruit and vegetable, meat, home improvement, beverage, raw materials, petro-chemical and automotive industries. 	September 2002 Winstanley Enterprises signs a 5-year, 65,000 SF lease with ESPN, INC. at 383 Middle Street, Bristol, CT.
	September 2002 Winstanley Enterprises signs a 5-year, 95,000 SF lease with World Fulfillment, LLC at 383 Middle Street, Bristol, CT. World Fulfillment, LLC is a full service fulfillment, packaging, distribution and mailing company serving clients locally and across the globe.
	September 2002 Winstanley Enterprises acquires 383 Middle Street, Bristol, CT. This 400,000 SF manufacturing facility is undergoing a $6 million renovation to a single story multi-tenant flex facility.
	August 2002 Winstanley Enterprises acquires Preston Hill Office Park, Middlebury, CT. from IBM. This 400,000 SF office building is located off of Interstate 84 and occupied by UniRoyal Chemical Company.
