Sopherion Therapeutics, Inc. is an early stage biopharmaceutical company which leverages its proprietary drug discovery technology platform, the Minicell Display System, to research and develop innovative, targeted pharmaceutical products.
October 2002 Winstanley Enterprises signs a 4100 SF lease with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida at 321 Research Parkway, Meriden, CT. The lease brings Blue Cross Blue Shield's occupancy to 34,300 SF in the building.
September 2002 Winstanley Enterprises signs a 20,517 SF lease with Source Medical Solutions at 866 North Main Street, and an 11,645 SF lease with Connecticut Hospital Workers Compensation Trust, establishing full occupancy for this 33,000 SF building in Wallingford, CT.
September 2002 Winstanley Enterprises signs a 10-year, 45,500 SF lease with CHEP USA at 33 Stiles Lane, North Haven, CT. The lease brings the 176,000 SF building to full occupancy.
