BUILDING DESCRIPTION: 383 Middle Street is a 401,000 RSF single story facility that will be converted from a single tenant manufacturing building to a multi-tenant "flex" facility. The building will accommodate a host of users including office, light assembly, R&D, and manufacturing. The facility is well located next to ESPN's world headquarters in Bristol, CT, and is accessible via I-84 (Exit 31).
